I am an artisan jewelry designer working alone in a small studio in my home on a farm of 38 acres with a pond, in rural Alabama, that was once owned by my Grandparents. My jewelry is designed and handcrafted by me from raw materials such as wire, tubing, tin and stones and offer one of a kind custom made pieces for my clients. I am constantly searching for creative ways to frame, embellish, complement and/or contrast with a stone or interesting combination of stones. That search has led me to explore diverse metal-working techniques in an effort to expand my design vocabulary – and so inspiration emerges from the technique itself. I offer a a variety of pieces from fashion jewelry to fine jewelry made from gemstones & jewelry workshops.
