Josiah Sorzano Washington - I had a very poor experience at Ice City Jewelry. On, I paid for an item, but I never received the product I was promised. My follow-up calls and messages went unanswered, and I later noticed an additional charge I didn’t authorize. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank and filed a complaint. Sharing this so others proceed with caution.
