Diamond Gallery is HORRIBLE
“My fiance bought me at $5200 ring at the diamond gallery a little over a year ago. In this year, I have lost 6 pavae diamonds. My ring has bent, it is discolored, my main 1 carat diamond has been loose a number of times. I take it in to have the diamond gallery repair it and I get the 20 question run down, such as did you buy that ring from here? How long have you had this ring for? Do you have your maintenence card? Do you have an original receipt? etc...I have never been treated like this in any jewelery store in my life, especially where we spent over $5000. I went to Jensen jewlers in idaho falls shortly after to have my ring cleaned because I had literally sworn I would not go back to diamond gallery. Here they told me my prongs were all bent, my ring had been iridium dipped, not white gold! And my diamond was on the verge of falling out. I am a secretary, not a construction worker, I take my ring off when I was my hair, lotion etc. No cleaners, chemicals are ever touching my ring. When I went in last week to have my ring appraised since it keeps falling appart, I figured insurance would be a good idea. They charged me for an appraisal and also a cleaning, because I had the ring a little over a year, past my warranty. Not only that they appraised it at $3000. This company has the worst customer service, worst integrity of any company I have ever dealt with. I will not ever reccommend them to anybody.” -

Diamond Gallery “I bought a $2200 engagement ring/wedding ring combo that looked just gorgeous when I bought it, though I did feel a bit pressured into buying it. It was a set where the engagement ring wrapped around the wedding band. However, after I ordered it to be sized it took over a month to get to me and the ring was too big, so we had to take it back to get resized. We sized the engagement ring so we could wear it alone, without the wedding band, which later needed to be enlarged in order to fit around the wedding band. When they sized it the second time it was STILL too big and my fiancé ended up wearing a size spacer so it would fit right until we were married, then we took it in to get it sized to match the wedding band and the results were TERRIBLE. It looked grotesquely deformed and STILL didn't fit right. So we took it to another local jewelry repair shop and paid $80 to get it to look/fit right. They told us that whoever modified the ring did a terrible job and they had to reset the diamond because the setting was loose. Also found out that the diamond ring (though the diamond was high quality) wasn't worth $2200 but much less. NOT SATISFIED.”
