In 1996, Manjula De Silva pursued his ambitions to expand and opened the business in the United States on the mission to design and manufacture fine jewelry. Elsie Fine Art Jewelers has been the most admired custom jeweler in Pine Brook, New Jersey. Elsie Fine Jewelry is one of the fastest growing brands in the United States. We have been designing and manufacturing jewelry for major retailers for more than thirty years. We fabricate jewelry from various metals including 10k, 14k, 18k, 22k, platinum and silver, and stones from diamonds to semi precious.
