About

Gemjunky is a collaboration between two long-term expats, formerly resident in Brazil. Both Kathy and Martha have formally studied gemology and jewelry design, to include frequent visits to various mining regions within Brazil, South Africa and the Far East to examine and purchase stock. Martha holds a certification by the Gemological Institute of America and is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain. The creations they offer are all one-of-a-kind and the product of their combined 40 years of experience in the market.
