About Koulian Jewelers Koulian Jewelers was founded in 2003 by Ovanes “John” Koulian. Ovanes came to The United States in 1992 in hopes to carve a career path to better his and his family’s future. In his home town of Sochi Russia, Ovanes mastered the art of jewelry ,and the love to create custom pieces. Once settled in the states, Ovanes set to open Koulian Jewelers. Koulian Jewelers has been family owned and operated from the day the first store has opened. Ovanes and his staff have aimed to set themselves apart by creating handmade jewelry and doing all repairs in house. Customers know that their merchandise never leaves our store. Our staff has a combined 85 years in the jewelry industry, for them nothing is impossible.
