Ken Achikian, master goldsmith, began his apprenticeship with a master artist and goldsmith when he was 14 years old. When war broke out, he immigrated to California where he worked as a jeweler for four years before moving to Washington, D.C. to accept a goldsmith position. In 1990 he and his wife, Maral, established Achikian Goldsmiths, Inc. in Vienna, Virginia. Together, they have devoted the past 28 years to providing their customers with the finest jewelry and service.
